How do I file a claim? Take your golf cart to an authorized repair facility. Provide your service contract information and the repair shop will handle the claim process for you. If you need help, contact us directly for assistance.
Is my Lithium Ion battery included in the coverage? Yes, lithium-ion batteries are covered. Since batteries are expensive and prone to failure, this is one of the most important and specific coverages we offer.
What does the Manufacturer Warranty Cover? We cover all mechanical, electrical, and electronic components against malfunction and failure. Our plans also include reimbursement for pick-up, delivery, and on-site service for added convenience.
What is not covered (exclusions)? Exclusions include wear-and-tear parts (brake pads, tires, windshield, light bulbs, belts, seats, wires, rivets, bushings, roof, grommets), misuse & abuse, or water/collision damage.
Is there a deductible per claim? Yes, a deductible is the fixed amount you are responsible for paying for a covered repair. The amount is a $50 deductible.
Can I use my own mechanic or do I have to go to an authorized repair center? You must take your golf cart to an authorized repair facility for covered repairs. (See “Authorized Repair Facility Map”)
Is the plan transferable if I sell the golf cart? Yes! All of our warranties are fully transferable to the next private owner for a small transfer fee. This can increase the resale value of your golf cart.
What voids my Warranty? Typical exclusions include improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, using the cart in commercial or rental operations (Without Disclosure), and water and/or collision damage.
Does the Manufacturer’s Warranty pay for parts and labor? Yes. Our Warranty pays the authorized repair facility or reimburses you for both parts and labor for a covered claim, minus the applicable deductible.
