About Trail Buggy
Who we are

Trail Buggy is a South Carolina company that designs and builds purpose-built electric hunting vehicles for hunters and property owners who need quiet, capable transport on real land—not a repurposed golf cart.

If you’ve been searching for an electric hunting cart or hunting golf cart, you’re in the right category of need. Trail Buggy is different in kind: a UTV-class, purpose-built electric hunting vehicle engineered for trails, farms, and hunting access—not a golf cart conversion.

We’re based at 340 Mt Pleasant Rd, Spartanburg, SC. Reach us at 864-410-0410 (Mon–Fri, 9:00–5:00).

What we build

We build electric hunting buggies in 2WD, 4WD, and 4WD XL configurations. Each machine is set up for off-road use with the features hunters and landowners actually need day to day.

Core platform highlights:
• 70V Eco Battery lithium power (standard 105Ah; higher-capacity option available)
• Navitas AC motor and controller systems (4WD uses dual motors and dual controllers)
• Independent suspension and four-wheel disc brakes on 2WD and 4WD
• ATV tires, brush guard, hitch receivers, gun rack options, LED lighting, and configurable cargo setups
• Optional winch bundle available

Built in the USA

Trail Buggy is marketed as Made in South Carolina, with support from our Spartanburg location.

The chassis is Made in the USA in Statesville, NC—tubular steel construction specified for hunting and property use, not fairway duty.

Power comes from established component partners—including Eco Battery (70V lithium) and Navitas—so diagnostics, performance tuning, and long-term support stay practical after the sale.

Who it’s for

Trail Buggy is built for people who spend serious time on land:
• Hunters who need quiet access without spooking game
• Farm and ranch owners who want electric utility for trails, gates, and daily property work
• Buyers comparing high-ticket options who want a purpose-built platform—not the lowest-cost golf cart conversion

If your terrain is relatively mild and you mainly need efficient, quiet transport, start with 2WD. For steeper, muddier, or more demanding ground, look at 4WD or the extended 4WD XL.

Current published price range: $23,900–$28,900, depending on model and options. See Pricing for how we quote exact configurations.
